License sales run through Lemon Squeezy; until the product is published, the buy page says purchasing opens soon. Lemon Squeezy, as the merchant of record, handles refunds for website purchases: to request one, email support@omnibus.dev with your order number. Do not send payment details through the contact form.
Mac App Store and Microsoft Store
Purchases from the Mac App Store or the Microsoft Store follow Apple's or Microsoft's refund rules; request a refund from the store where you bought.
Before you pay
The seller, taxes, total price, license scope, payment provider and applicable cancellation/refund terms are shown at checkout before you pay. Mandatory withdrawal and consumer remedies apply where required by law. If you believe a third party charged you for DuckCarry, contact support with a redacted receipt, never a full card number.
